He makes sure the job gets done and it gets done right. He possesses a work ethic that is second to none. As he transitions from assistant coach to head coach, I’m sure success will follow. I believe Ben is one of the best young coaches in professional hockey. Since the day we hired Ben as an assistant coach, he’s proved to be an invaluable member of the coaching staff.
